Killer Mike gives FOX the business

Watch what happens when Killer Mike takes his message to the media brand known for stoking political discord

If you know the contentious history between Fox News hosts and hip-hop artists, you know why I had to post this.

Throughout the wide range of media platforms Killer Mike has taken to over the past week and a half, his message urging Americans to safeguard our constitutional freedoms in the wake of Ferguson has remained consistent. He’s also excelled at delivering a message of inclusivity despite the divisive issues that have surrounded the high-profile police killing of unarmed black teen Michael Brown.

Of course, divisiveness could well be the tagline over at FOX. But watch what happens when Killer Mike takes his message to the media brand known for stoking political and cultural discord. Now this isn’t a conversation with the network’s hardliners, Bill O’Reilly or Sean Hannity, instead Killer Mike talks with host Kennedy, formerly of MTV’s Alternative Nation, on Fox Business Network’s “The Independents.” Still, Mike’s delivery is intelligently crafted for FOX’s peculiar demographic.
