U.S. Marshals are looking for Richard Augusta Wilson - aka “Fathead” - for allegedly kidnapping Jeronta Brown and Briana Brooks, who was seven months pregnant, and then leaving them for dead in northwest Atlanta. Atlanta Police on Monday arrested another suspect, Andre Gay, who is being held at Fulton County Jail.

Hillary Schwartz, the first assistant director on the Gregg Allman biopic “Midnight Rider,” has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in relation to the February death of camera assistant Sarah Jones. Jones was struck and killed by a train on the film set.

Changes are afoot - or at least being proposed - to Atlanta’s tree ordinance. The Atlanta City Council will consider the Tree Preservation Fund could be used to purchase greenspace.
